Careers
Unity Behavioral Health is built around assent-based, high-integrity, neurodiversity-affirming care. We serve all age groups and those with complex behavioral or medical needs. Most of our services are provided in home but we also do school-based work. We believe behavior is communication, that regulation precedes learning, autonomy and dignity matter, and that compliance is not the goal - better quality of life is the outcome we are seeking.
We are a small team that prioritize high quality care to our clients while creating a work environment that emphasizes work-life balance and helps our professionals avoid burnout. We work hard to make sure your schedule flexes to fit your needs, that there are opportunities for advancement, and that you are supported and given professional development assistance. We are a growing practice that seeks to support clients and families in underserved areas. Our practice is well established in the Eugene area and we are looking to eventually expand to more areas throughout the state.
